Job Responsibilities

• My responsibilities are to monitor and ensure the quality of Boilers (HRSG), cooling tower, Pre-treatment, RO, DM Water, close circuit cooling water and waste water chemistry according to standards and as required by the regulatory authorities.

• Ensure quality and compliance of laboratory and sampling procedures and records and implement operating guidelines for continuous improvement.

• Perform preventive and curative maintenance operations such as: Calibration & verification of laboratory instruments, On line analyzers & dosing system.

• Manage Operation activity on DAF (210m3/h*3), Biological Aeration Tank. MBR Technology (168m3/h*4) (UF membrane), Primary RO (150m3/h *3), Secondary RO (120 m3/h*3), EDI (100 m3/h*3).

• 2x50m3/h Brine water Electro chlorination Plant (For Online generation of Sodium hypochlorite).

• Demin water Electrolysis Plant (For Hydrogen Generation)

• Taking Preventive and corrective actions about process and plant.

• Complete analysis of Raw water, cooling water, Boiler water, steam, waste water, water treatment plants samples are analyzed by standard “ISO” Certified methods.

• Carry out all test analysis measurement of, Liquid Effluents, Oil Contents, BOD, COD, oil in water and drinking water as per requirement.
