Maintains insurance list up to date and advises Finance Manager for enrollments and deletions.

Coordinates and oversees the completion of all necessary procedures leading to the appointment of new employees.

Conducts orientation session for new joiners and follows up on the induction process.

Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities and disciplinary procedures.

Review policies and procedures and recommends changes if necessary.
