United Airlines, Senior Recruiter (Contract: September 2019-Present) Chicago, IL

Own the recruitment process for the corporate communications department, along with recruiting for Finance, Marketing and Loyalty, and Legal departments (averaging 40+ requisitions).

Partner with Hiring Managers, HRBP’s, Coordinators, Compensation and Sourcers through the recruitment process, including posting of requisitions, sourcing of candidates, coordination of interviews, negotiation of compensation and ultimately offers for candidates.
