SUMMARY
I have over 40 years of estimating and construction management which includes cost control, project scheduling, which encompassed project development from conception through construction. Chief estimator on various types of civil projects ranging in scope from road construction, utility construction, and residential subdivision site development to heavy commercial construction, solar field and wireless cell towers. I have also dealt with various private and government agencies throughout my career. My education includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York at Brooklyn as well as a B.S. Degree in Forestry from the University of Montana.

Working with various contractors to develop estimates for projects and assist the contractors in the management of various projects during construction phase. Assuring bids and materials will meet project specifications, review estimates with owners prior to bid submittal. Duties include scheduling, material purchasing, subcontractor procurement, progress payments, change orders, value engineering, working as a liaison between the contractor and owner.
