Analyzed marketing strategies of online subscription service that sends monthly treats and toys to dog owners.

Performed 5 C, 4 P, and SWOT analyses.

Provided recommendations for increasing audience reach and customer retention, including expansion of customers in the 24 to 39 age group, due to their high use of online shopping and willingness to spoil their dogs.
