1 month service as liaison of Human Resources Department personnel under the request of ATCs director Maria Duncan, when there was no HR manager or HR personnel on staff. Assisted and managed the on boarding of new staff, assistance of gathering all new employee back ground required documents and forwarded to corporate HR manager for background checks. Process new hires, discussions of salary, scheduled new hires for New Employee Orientation Class and provided training classes as needed. These duties were all provided as my most successful time under my service at ATC without any formal training.
