-Pneumococcal Vaccine (PCV13) 0.5ml at vastus lateralis with the initial dose starting when infant is 6 weeks old
-Measles vaccine 0.5 ml subcutaneous at left deltoid muscle given when the infant is at least 9 months old
-MMR vaccine (measles,mumps,rubella) 0.5ml subcutaneous at left deltoid muscle given when the infant is at least 1 year old
• Assess the infant after giving immunization for untoward reactions
• Give paracetamol drops and instruct mother to administer appropriate dosage based on infants BMI if temperature reaches 38 degrees celcius after giving immunization.

• Follow-up defaulters by reaching out to their houses bringing along vaccines stored properly in the vaccine carrier
• Assess sick children and provide medication for minor illness such as fever or refer children accordingly if child needs immediate medical care as per assessment.
