Article Master Portal (AMP) Jan 17 – Nov 17

AMP project is complete transformation of the way business was submitting change requests in SAP. The Merchant Assistants (Mas) were given direct access to hYBRIS/UI5 front end application where they can view the existing data and submit change requests, requests once submitted will be processed in SAP in batchs.

Users can submit single change, mass change and as well as upload using excel. Users will receive status updates till the request is successfully processed. Additionally there were dashboards for the users and Data Management Teams(CDMG) to see the requests submitted/ processed and in error status.

Project was done in agile methodology with 6 sprints. As a lead consultant, was responsible for design to delivery of all applications in this portal.

Shelf capacity is received from JDA and transferred to F&R system for accurate replenishment.

Status and RP type changes for many scenarios were automated. Under Development(UD) to Active (A), Clearance (C) to Discontinued(D) and Discontinued (D) to Exit(E). Appropriate RP types are also updated. Business process for each lifecycle change is identified and automation put in place. The data maintenance effort was drastically reduced.

Eco Fee Project – Jul 2013 – Nov 2013

Pay by Scan is an industry accepted merchandising type that allows the retailer to remove the cost of inventory, the cost of inventory management, warehousing, and replenishment while pushing the responsibility of that inventory, the inventory mix and ultimately the shelf management back onto the Vendor.

Vendor managed articles such as live goods and magazines are paid per POS scan. With this project the pay by scan article handling were automated. These articles are held in rack jobber module for each vendor. EDI 852 sent to vendor daily. Invoice is generated based on sales
