Dear Sir(s)/Madam(s):
I am applying for permanent full-time employment with your organization. I have a sheet metal mechanic journeyman certificate with well over fifteen years of experience in the area (main areas of interest: sheeting, cladding and shut downs). In addition, I have done insulation, cladding, fireproofing, plastering and iron work. I also have almost ten years of small business experience, and nine years of CNC experience with the majority of my time in CNC spent in inspection and quality control including gauging, set ups and lay outs. I have a class 5 driver’s license and a good driving record, and am very mechanically inclined. I am a quick study, and have impressive business, financial, management and human resource skills. As well, I work well unsupervised.
Thank you for considering my application.
