Fire Watch for NSC Technologies (September 2019- November 2019)

Task:

I am a Fire watch for welders on a Navy ship. I watch welders and have my safety gear on such as hard hat, respirator, protective eyeglass as I’m watching for any fires. If there is a fire I make sure to use my fire extinguisher to put out the fire. As I am watching welder work I make sure there’s no trash in a radius of 35 feet. I clean throughput the day and help welders put the tools away.

Task:

I packaged product, mainly PCB into a Electro-Distatic Bag. Once product was package into ESD Bag. Made a 12 12 10 Box to add the correct quantity into the box. I used box tape to seal the box and placed the box on top of a pallet.

SBM (GMP Tech.) (Sanitizing)

June 2016- July 2016

Task:

My daily routine was to use chemical products to clean each Lab room that was in the Facility. First I had to prepare each bucket filled up with 4.0 gallons of water. Then added a required amount of Vesephene or LpHse. Next was to use a sponge mop to clean walls, doors, and floors. I also used IPA a alcohol product to clean all the stainless steel that was in each room. Once the rooms were clean I stocked the gowning rooms with protective gear to enter the clean side of the Facility. When entering the clean side I had to wear protective clothing and boots. Last is too take out the trash from each room I cleaned. After completing my tasks, I emptied the buckets into a drain. And put the buckets I was using to the janitors room. I filled out a log sheet of all the rooms I cleaned, what product I used and the times of starting to finishing each room.

Task:

I assembled v60 parts together, it was a unit for breathing. I followed instruction manuals to complete the v60. I as well packaged parts into boxes. Took daily notes, counted a lot of numbers and batches of product. Used fork lift to carry pallets to warehouse locations.

Fresh Creative Foods (Sanitizing)

2015 September-October

Task:

I had to clean each equipement that needed to be sanitized for the use of Foods. Mainly I cleaned metal carts that carried left over food. I used a power hose to clean off the food. Next used a brush with soap to clean the outside and inside of metal cart. Last was to use water and sanitizer to finish the metal carts sanitizing cycle.

Brixton (Pull Orders/ Packaging)

2015 August

Task:

Had to grab an order sheet. Each order sheet was a list of clothing items to Pull from in each aisle. Once order was pulled had to put shipping information on package box. Next place the completed package box on a pallet.

CTDI (Assembly/ Packaging)

2015 April-June

Task: First task was to sort each product (DVRs) into a separate containers, every pallet had different serial numbers on the product. Had to take the product out of boxes and place them on a movable cart. Placed empty boxes on a pallet. As waste product that was separated in its waste bin. Once full had to be recycled in a waste container.

Second task: they put me in another area to test modems. I had to pull each modem and place on table there was 12-14 modems. Next connect each modem with power cord. Next wait for modem to pass. Next take blue Ethernet and place on the next modem. Then place one modem in its own box. Last put on movable cart.

Third task: Made boxes for the modems.

TaylorMade (Box Assembly)

2015 January-March

Task:

Had to make boxes and place on assembly line. Then used an RF gun scanner, to scan the required items from the label on the box in each zone. Last count the amount of golf clubs for each box and place on assembly line.

Denso (Spot Solder)

2014 September-December

Task:

Place two connectors on board. Make sure both connectors are fully seated. Perform QC before entering in solder machine. Once machine solders connecters together, check board for any defects. When there is a defect escalate to Line Lead.

2013 April-December

Task:

Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Counting inventory when completed. Worked with drawings, blueprints, hand tools, and hand power tools. Inspection: InProcess, Receiving and Quality.
