Chief Engineer; sub-contractor to the World Bank Audio Visual Dept. Acted as Assistant Project Manager on complete rebuild of one the largest auditoriums at The World Bank. Worked with designer and installation firm directly to integrate new equipment, cabling, console layout, Brahler simultaneous interpretation system, Panasonic HD Projector, For-A Switcher, Yamaha LS9 audio board, Extron routers, analog and digital signal flow and QC monitoring. Managed staff of 4 including maintenance engineers, bench repairmen and installers. Responsible for 20 upgrades/installations from small to medium-large conference rooms including Crestron and AMX control systems; Panasonic, Christie and NEC projectors; Polycom video conferencing systems, Eagle Eye and Sony PTZ Cameras; Marantz Flash Recorders, and Sony HD/SD recording devices. Administrated Basecamp Project Management/Trouble Ticket Repair system. Provided hands-on daily repair and maintenance of equipment in 120 conference rooms throughout 7 buildings on the campus. Design, installation, and maintenance of Windows Media Encoder Streaming Video Servers. Administration and Support of Sony PCS-1 IP based web cameras with locations on multiple campuses throughout the country.
