Managed daily pipeline of new credit card request for decisioning, including analysis, debt servicing and overall credit worthiness review. This includes flexible alternatives and administrative follow up actions when declined for credit.
Underwriting: (Consumer Products with main Focus on Credit Cards)
Analyze/review documentation submitted for accuracy of consumer application requirements. This includes but is not limited to confirmation of personal information submitted for identification, financials for consideration and any real estate related income submitted to determine credit worthiness. Thorough due diligence to confirm information submitted resulting in less incidents of fraudulent activity, accounts and annual bank losses.

Issuance of Notice of Adverse Action letters when these requirements are not met. Thereby fulfilling bank regulation policy in a timely manner to avoid any penalties the bank can incur.
Renewal review prior to end of product lifecycle to determine client’s qualification for extension of said line/loan.
Post Appraisal Review
Reconcile the information obtained from official post appraisal from respective Title Company with that stated on client application to determine qualification for requested loan amount.
Make any necessary changes to bring compliant with exceptions in pricing and loan amounts to be issued obtaining additional approvals necessary for mitigation.
