National Sales Executive- Therapy Direct 6/2017- Present

Responsible for national sales of physical medicine management program to large WC payers, large self-funded employers, care management companies and other strategic partners. Therapy Direct is a national network of providers focused on clinical outcomes and managing the PT spend for WC cases, owned by Upstream Rehabilitation the 4th largest provider in the country.

President of Chapman & Associates 2/2014- 6/2017

Heading the sales, marketing and brand positioning for a National Eye Care Services Company, targeting Medicare Advantage payers. Cost Containment Express: payer facing, working with TPA's, employer groups, union groups, regional health plans, national payers, and the WC marketplace to reduce their total spend on medical claims. Worked directly with large self -funded employer groups (Fortune 500) to contain costs on all out of network claims, including largest WC TPA in the country. Most recently, working with a Midwest-based PT and OT network and technology company focused on the payer and employer market to control costs associated with WC related spend on PT services related to WC cases.
