• Reformat each resume for the submittal process utilizing a generic template making it easy and efficient for the client to review

• Remain in constant contact with all candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. This involves communication from the start of the interview process until the end of the candidate’s contract or placement

• Maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and clients. This may involve attending meetings with the client to gather information about an open job orders as well as being transparent with the client about the current struggles and setbacks that we are finding during the initial sourcing phase
