Created the Autodesk Corporate Agile Certification (ACAC) program for all personnel, multiple team types and at various maturity levels. Conducted agile management training for upper and senior management at the corporate level. Training program included training in Agile governance, Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Delivery and Agile Unified Process (AUP). Conducted agile tool education and training on the corporate agile management tool, named Rally, for all teams and management levels.

Conducted Scrum, Kanban and Salesforce team coaching, training and operational support for multiple Scrum and Kanban teams. Cisco Systems, San Jose, CA

Agile Coach, Salesforce Program Manager and Senior ScrumMaster for the Engineering Licensing Office (ELO) Software Standardization Initiative (SSI). This program track was run using an advanced composite Agile methodology designed by the Coach specifically for this program, the only track in the program to do so. Created comprehensive Agile and Rally training for the ELO program team. Provided Agile training and mentoring for Senior Management and Leadership teams for the Cisco transformation process from Waterfall to Agile.

Created the Cisco ELO Agile governance process for the implementation of Agile best-practices and the driving of global adoption of Agile best-practices on an Enterprise-level. Created the Agile Program Composite Operational Methodology, an advanced Agile methodology for use by all teams on the ELO track. The methodology included the Agile Audit Program, Agile metrics system and the tools and techniques needed for the successful implementation of Agile across multiple global groups simultaneously.

Conducted an Agile-enablement program of the Cisco PMO system, beginning with the BNSO-PMO, a program to develop Agile capabilities and governance within the entire PMO system at Cisco.
