Role : (Web Developer & Designer, Tester, Support), responsible for:

Web Developer & Designer :

Creating website designs according to the requirement using HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Javascript and jquery in development bed application.

Producing sample sites and meeting with clients to discuss further requirements and project progress.

Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites.

Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments.

Creating websites that are user-friendly, effective and appealing.

Development will be done for PC, Tab and Mobile devices.

Tester :

Developed websites will be minified and moved to test bed application.

Flow test will be done for the developed website across all platforms.

Functional testing will be done for all web pages (shopping cart, goodies, galleries, form pages) in PC, Tab and Mobile devices.

Then the website will be tested in Google Lighthouse to analyze the performance of web applications, mobile sites and also to improve general performance in a desktop web browser as well.

Once the output meets the requirement then output will be moved to quality check.

Support :

Emails which are received from clients will be analyzed to find the real issue.

Emails from the customers are converted to tickets in Perldesk.

Tickets will assigned and issues will be rectified.

Then the fixes will be updated in the application server and also to the user account.

Web Content Editor :

All web content will be received in the portal before publishing to the appropriate web portal landing page.

Web content will be edited and the content will be grouped according to category section.

Inappropriate web content will be removed from the portal permanently.

Edited content will be published according to the category settings.

Quality Analyst :

Delivery files will be verified before sending it out to Client.

Assuring client requirements are well understood with clear documentation.

Analysis of quality design & checking the quality is matching upto clients expectations & assuring the quality output of it.

Once delivery file is ready then check the feasibility on various aspect.

After delivering getting a quality feedback & checking the quality of maintenance.

Graphic Designer :

Client requirements has to be understood and layout of the expected template is prepared using Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Finding out about the project requirements and estimating the time the project will require.

Developing the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Amending designs according to the clients' final comments and proofread the designs before sending to testing team.

Tester :

Quality check and control of the Design jobs will be validated by understanding the requirements.

Output file which is received from the Graphic Designer will be entirely checked with the client requirement and mark up error if the output file doesn’t follow style, theme, design, alignment, colors, inappropriate images then the file will be sent back to rework.

Once the output file meets the client requirement then output file will be moved to QA team.
