Microsoft project – Packt Publishing Pvt Ltd.
Purpose: To publish technical book as per Microsoft’s standards. This B2B project included our tie up with Microsoft, thus high quality product was major deliverable to maintain a long-term relationship with Microsoft. Stringent timeline was agreed upon in order to complete the project along with the desired quality parameters at peak.
Contribution: Coordination (Int and Ext stakeholders) and tracking of project from its development stage to its publishing. Ensuring that the milestones are achieved as planned.
Tools and technology: Internal content management platform, MS Word, Linux. Content Development Platform (CDP) testing project.
Purpose: To perform the various testing (UAT and Load testing) to identify any flaws before it is ready to go live. The platform was developed to ensure that all the internal and external stakeholders (Authors, CDEs, TEs, CEs, and PCs) will be able to work under a single roof, thus eliminating the duplication of tasks along with parallel task implementation that helped eliminate the dependency/delay.
Contribution: Coordination with the team members and making sure that they are adhering all the stringent guidelines during the testing process. Tracking the project flow over a shared Excel sheet for the data science category.
