Today, the line has grown to become the third largest cruise line in the world, renowned for innovative ships. This Project is to create the reports/dashboards to provide the more insights about the business to marketing teams, sales team, onboard and Directors and Executives of various departments of the company. This project is executed in scrum model.

Under Business Intelligence and Reporting team below are the significant projects handled. Significant Projects Handled:

Project 1: Onboard Revenue data build, Dashboarding and Reporting Tools: Business Objects XI 4.0 SP5, SSRS, Tableau, Snowflake, SSIS, SSRS, POWER BI, Matillion, Python, Amazon AWS Cloud and JIRA

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and defines business area and department specific objectives, strategies and processes; recommends system changes or enhancements and/or development opportunities.

• Develops functional specifications and test plans, coordinates testing, meetings, status updates, and presentations.

• Involved in assessments of data layer design for new projects, relational & dimensional data modeling, logical data modeling, data flow mapping and data modeling tools.

• Administers business requirements for various systems within the new build environment.

• Helps manage testing protocols and quality assurance for new builds through all phases of the delivery (staging, UAT, delivery), liaising closely with various IT and business teams.

American Nation Red Cross a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education inside the United States. It is the designated US affiliate of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. This Project was to migrate data and implement data warehouse on HR and Learning Management system using Informatica. Responsibilities:-

• Discuss with client and gather requirements.

• Design and develop the provided requirements with quality

• Unit testing the piece of code developed and maintain the same, effectively track and communicate work status and progress to appropriate audience.

• Understand the current ETL flow and integrate with the source system.

• Integrate the source system to data warehouse for seamless BI reporting

• Design and gather requirements for the downstream system to integrate the HR data to their systems

SVB Financial is the holding company for the bank. This Project was built around Managed Services Model. The team catered to all kinds of request coming in directly or indirectly from the business. The nature of the work included Development, Enhancement and Production Support. The Reports developed were scheduled using Infoburst. There was also a platform migration from BOXI 3.x to BI 4.0. Tools: Business Objects XI R3.1 SP5/BI4.0, Oracle 11G, Infoburst and HPQC Responsibilities:

• Certification of GL accounts:

a. To enable CAT users to identify the source system for the sub-ledger balance. In case there is any variance, knowing the source of the feed, will allow users to reach out to the responsible team for more details. For accounts that are certified at the BU- GL Account level, the report must get all departments & products within the BU & GL combination. b. Validation of existing reports for account balances in GL and EDW for accounts undergoing daily and monthly certification process

c. Regression testing of existing reports for certified account balances through flag level indicator

• Credit Admin Report Automation:
