Actively guide project and project teams of 3-15 in on pre- to post-construction of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory

(JPL) for space flight operations for one of America’s largest commercial and civil contractors valued at $5B. Conduct feasibility and cost studies involving all electrical, mechanical, civil, environmental, technology engineering design, construction, and start-up.
