PROFILE
I have been in the hospitality and sales industry since January of 2015. I am passionate about building new relationships and finding innovative and creative ways to uncover new business. I strive to remain focused on customer service. I am proven to be high energy, detail oriented, efficient, and self-motivated. I have lived and worked in fast paced, engaging cities all over Texas including Fort Worth, Dallas, and Austin. Throughout my career I have been able to meet challenges with innovative solutions. I have worked creatively and diligently to meet goals and expectations not only set by my company, but by myself. I have been extremely motivated to push past set budgets and continue to exceed profits. In the last five years of my career – I not only quickly learned the industry of hospitality, but I have continued to grow my skills and improve with each task given. Some of my greatest accomplishments and successes include:
Sales Manager of the Year award in 2016. I received this award after securing a coveted piece of business from a competing hotel in the market. That piece of business generated an estimated $200,000 in four months.
In 2017 I began managing two hotels in Round Rock / Austin. The hotels had not profited or made budgets since 2013. After 6 months, I was able to meet and exceed budgets as well as put the hotel on track to continue to exceed their goals moving forward. I surpassed the hotels overall budgets by $300,000 in my first year there.
When I took over the brand new San Antonio properties, there was zero revenue on the books. Through my efforts and relationship building in a market new to me, I was able to lead the force behind the sales department and the hotels ended the year with 3.5 million dollars over the projected forecast for 2019.
