Profile

Several years of experience in QC/QA of food processing to manage QC (TPM, TQM, PDCA, KAIZEN, PQCDSM, 4M, 5S, 5 WHYS), HACCP program, GMP...), Organic, Halal, ISOs and 3rd party certification

Manage the various QC / QA programs (HACCP, GMP, SOP, etc.)

Ensure the product complies with applicable regulations by the CFIA, customers, business, etc.

Maintains an excellent relationship with the CFIA to respond to regulatory requests (DAC, SVC, etc.)

Support / Coordinate internal / external audits (client audit / SQF, Organic certification, etc.)

Monitor CAPA: corrective / preventive measures from the third party audit or the CFIA.

Participate and perform various internal audits as needed and train internal auditors

Verification / Validation of prerequisite programs / HACCP including: CCPs (metal detector, etc.)

Establish, maintain, update, maintain and reassess the HACCP program and the SQF system

Reassess annually all programs and procedures

Manage pre-operational and operational inspections of production lines

Manage samples of equipment, environment, water, ATP, Allergen, etc.

Maintain CCPs and CPs with the HACCP team and their documentaries (keep versions up to date, etc.)

Manage non-conformities, Re-work, detentions and / or releases of products and their reports (RNC)

Manage the segregation program including control of allergens to avoid cross-contamination

Organize meetings of the HACCP / SQF team

Guide QC technicians and their development so that they master and apply HACCP / SQF programs

Perform simulations of reminders to ensure the effectiveness of the traceability system

Compile data for trend analysis (Customer complaints, etc.)

Manage customer complaints by keeping the complaints register up to date, investigations and corrective actions

Approve suppliers of raw materials / services in accordance with the approval procedure

Participate in various production, R&D, process improvement meetings, factory projects, etc.

Mobilizing, very organized, autonomous, responsible, thoroughness, precision, sense of observation, stress management, interpersonal relationships, ability to influence, receptivity and respect, ability to work as a team

Perform analytical instrumental tests (GC, HPLC, UV…)
