Several years of experience in QC/QA of food processing to manage QC (TPM, TQM, PDCA, KAIZEN, PQCDSM, 4M, 5S, 5 WHYS), HACCP program, GMP...), Organic, Halal, ISOs and 3rd party certification

Manage samples of equipment, environment, water, ATP, Allergen, etc.
Maintain CCPs and CPs with the HACCP team and their documentaries (keep versions up to date, etc.)
Manage non-conformities, Re-work, detentions and / or releases of products and their reports (RNC)
Manage the segregation program including control of allergens to avoid cross-contamination
Organize meetings of the HACCP / SQF team
Guide QC technicians and their development so that they master and apply HACCP / SQF programs
Perform simulations of reminders to ensure the effectiveness of the traceability system
Compile data for trend analysis (Customer complaints, etc.)
Manage customer complaints by keeping the complaints register up to date, investigations and corrective actions
Approve suppliers of raw materials / services in accordance with the approval procedure
Participate in various production, R&D, process improvement meetings, factory projects, etc.
