2.Procurement & Subcontracts Officer (November 2018 to April 2019)

Ducorr is cathodic protection contracting company which supplies and offers service maintenance for entities related to Oil, Gas, Power, Petrochemical, Marine and other Industrial sectors both in local and international level.

Responsibilities: Procurement - Material and Sub-Con’s.

• Plan & procure all goods and services as per weekly/monthly target KPI’s scheduled.

• Evaluating BOM of the respective projects and planning and scheduling of the procurement register as per the project Plan

• Submittal of procurement registers to the finance for approval on weekly as well as monthly basis.

• Negotiation and finalization of contracts for the service jobs to the respective subcontractors as per the consultant requirements.

• Updating the procurement register and respective project BOM as per the processing of the purchase orders and dispatch of the materials.

• Making sure all goods & services are sourced within the allocated financial budgets.

• Create RFQ for the materials and services, for project materials, consumables, fixed assets, equipment’s and other services

• Assisting finance in budgeting on project basis as well as financial year basis accordingly.
