Successfully identified opportunities for increasing operational efficiency at Secol (Specialized Engineering) E.A. Ltd. Supported in the development of an expenditure management system for the business unit to increase efficiency and reduce the time and levels of active approvals required for expenditure while the team is implementing projects.
