EXPERIENCES:

1: As the President of Medical Staff and before that as the Chief of Medicine I was intimately involved with the peer review process, and credentialing. Conflict Resolution also fell under my purview and leadership. 2: As the Director of Hospital Medicine, I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of Utilization Management, and I am well versed with the InterQual criteria and Milliman Guidelines.

3: I was the Director of the Life Skills program for the management of Diabetes. 4: I have spent a considerable amount of time in Community Health Education via lectures at the local library on regular basis.

5: I was a Physician Champion for the Implementation of CPOE and Core Measures Compliance.

6: I was a member of QA/PI and Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees. 7: Besides 16 years of traditional practice of Medicine, I had a valuable experience with a large Geriatric population under my care in several area Nursing Homes. 8: I have already passed my exam to be a Certified Physician Executive, by ACPE. 9: Personally funded and operated a free clinic for about 8 years for indigent patients in Lahore, Pakistan.
