Duties and Responsibilities

To ensure clients safety procedures are being implementing.

Inspect all site activities with proper safety measures.

Inspect all workers PPE

Prepare daily report of all site activities.

To respond to fire and other emergencies.

Inspect and maintain housekeeping in all areas

To coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid.

To investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to workers and staff or visitors and to assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to Board vehicles and property.

Ensure implementation of client’s safety guideline.

Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes and identify corrective and preventative actions and report to management.

Checking of all electrical equipments with the help of authorized electrician and collecting the checklists

Check the scanning report of underground utilities as per drawings.

Ensure first aid facility in the work site

Monitor heat Index and report supervisor

Ensure and check welfare facilities in the work site

Monitor traffic control measures in the work site

Ensure pedestrian routes are free from obstructions
