I am a self motivated, organized, efficient person who is passionate about my job. I have worked on a number of major projects: The Natural Gas Plant at Mossgas, offshore in Angola, Nigeria and Congo. I have also gained oil rig experience and have worked on Peregrine 3, Pride Africa, Pride Angola, Alligator, Orion, Girasol, Halliburton and South Sea Driller. I am experienced in refinery pipe work, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, tankage and general fabrication work. I have experience in SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) and TIG (tungsten inert gas welding) and am conversant with A.S.M.E. IX, BS EN 287, AWS D 1.1, API 1104
Career Objective
I would like to utilise my education, skills and experience, to join an organization where my extensive experience in Welding can add to the successful operation of the company. I am very suited to a position as a Welding Inspector or Welding QC. After years of contract work, I am seeking a permanent position with a stable company where my skills and extensive experience can be fully utilized.
