Job position: IT Operation and Helpdesk Support:
• Provide bank users with 1st level technical support on computer and network level.
• Provides all the support needed in system operation and establishes and computer processing priorities.
• Corrects minor operating problems by entering alternative or corrected operating commands through the control console.
• Administer the Islamic Banking System servers and the signature verification system.
• Administer the salary database system.
• Setting up the mentioned system and follow-up any problems facing the users and find solutions on the operation side of the problem.
