Developed a Mathematical Model for the Five axis Milling operation in Matlab.

Simulation of Milling Process for different conditions and its analysis.

Wrote a C++ code which orientation in TCS and FCN coordinate System.

Wrote a C++ Code for the Calculation of Forces, Torques acting on the tool and plotting with re- spect to rotation.

Wrote a C++ Code for the effect of lead & tilt angles on Force & Torques & its plots

Verification of Code with the experimental and Simulated results.

Project Title: Mathematical Modelling of Johnson-Cook Material Model for the study of high strain rate deformation.
