Geomechanics Geo Group – EACOP Project Tanzania & Uganda Oversee project health, safety and environmental program, to ensure compliance to company, and client (TOTAL) procedures, and manage improving overall HSE performance. Supervise 300- plus multi-nationals and ex-pats in two teams, starting at the coast of Tanzania, and working our way to the Ugandan boarder, 1400km.

• Established entire HSE program on a project valued at $15M;
