More than 10 years of experience in process Engineering in various EPC projects in the field of Oil Refinery, Gas Processing and Petrochemical Plant industry Experienced in different stages of Chemical Process Design from Conceptual to Basic and Detailed Design, my main activities are listed as below:
Extensive experience in developing process discipline deliverable such as HMB, PFD, UFD, MSD, PID, UID, Equipment list, Cause & Effect Matrix, Alarm & trip set point list, Relief load study, Instrumentation datasheet;
Knowledge of process simulation and software including HYSYS, PRO II;
Process datasheet study, review and preparation for different equipment;
Calculations and sizing:
Equipment sizing such as: K.O. Drums, Horizontal Drums, Tanks, Column, Centrifugal Pumps, Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger design with HTRI Software;
Other Calculations such as: PSV calculations, Blow down valve calculation, Line Sizing, Utility Consumption calculations, Settle-out pressure calculation for compressor Station and Control valve hydraulic calculations;
Great background in technical bid evaluation, checking the vendor documents and attending clarification meeting with vendor;
Cooperation with other engineering department and coordinating multidisciplinary activities;
Joining in different meetings as process engineer such as: HAZOP, PID Review, Model Review and clarification meeting with Client and other departments;
