Job Responsibilities:

HR Operations.

Initiating Annual appraisals process for employees and tracking it on regular basis to ensure timely closure.

Compliances for Professional Tax Payment, PF, ESI, and Labor Welfare funds payment.

Process payroll inputs and ensuring error free salary payments.

Authorized Signatory for ( Employee, Letters and Doc).

Make travel arrangements, Make payments, and Purchase office necessities.

Approving the reimbursement claims in accordance with the eligibility norms.

Preparation of full and final settlement, conducting Exit interview and handling reference checks of ex-employees.

General Administration/ Budgeting

Handling administrative activities like guest, visitor’s arrangements, housekeeping, cafeterias facilities, travels; transportation and accommodations, stationary & printing, pest control, provision of basic amenities.

Handling legal compliances like rent agreements. Lease deed registration, entering into various agreements (SLA, AMC) with vendors. . .
