I successfully worked as a university professor for the majority of my professional career. I was a full time professor for over 18 years and also held several senior leadership positions in a variety of companies, while continuing my passion for teaching on the side as a part-time professor. Since moving to the United States, I had been teaching Spanish. In addition to teaching, I also have a passion for writing and over the last few years authored a poetry book related to wines and the cultural aspects around this subject.
