Ensure routine maintenance and cleanliness of project facilities;

Monitor the available office supplies and materials stock to prepare requisition requests for all expendable supplies and materials, ensuring the proper organization, storage and inventory of purchases.


Receive staff requests and prepare procurement requisitions for goods and services;

Solicit quotations for the procurement of goods and services and interact directly with vendors in compliance with project procedures and policies; participate in vendor selection;

Prepare purchase order with required supporting documentation for procurement approval and forwarding of purchase order to vendor;

Receive, review, verify vendor invoices for payment processing;

Obtain cash advances for staff and program activities participants’ disbursement; with the preparation and submission of required payment documentation.

Other duties as may be assigned, including performance of designated tasks during the absence of the Administration, Finance Officer or program technical staff.
