Stair Climbing Robot
Worked on project “Stair Climbing Robot” that was made to climb stairs with J shaped legs wheel.
One electric motor was used to run the robot and timing belt and pulleys was used to transmit power. Gear Box
A gear box was made by designing the gears, shafts, bearings, keys and rings.
Project was dealing with high horsepower that is 60Hp and to reduce the rpm from 1750 rpm to about 40 rpm within given size of gear box
Air motor
Using lathe and milling machine different parts of air motor was manufactured from cubical pieces of aluminium.
AutoCAD drawings was used to manufacture and combine all parts. Wind mill
Model of windmill was created using motor, wings and brass (to make stand)
Design was made to generate maximum power by increasing efficiency and rotations of wings Lego robot
The small robot was made using Lego Mindstrom EV3 set and programmed to walk in specific path.
Ultrasonic and light sensors was used to turn and stop robot. Hydraulic crane
The hydraulic crane was designed using AutoCAD and solid works.
