The project is cultural complex consisting of natural history museum, science museum, and space museum, Islamic history museum, Islamic cultural center of fine arts, exhibition centers, a theater that can accommodate 360 people, walkways, gift shops and cafeterias. RUESPONSIBLE FOR:

a) Block manager of natural history museum and Islamic cultural center of fine arts building responsible for all civil, architectural and fit-out phases. b) Direct Supervision and programs following up of fit-out subcontractors and suppliers including but not limited to set works, graphics, collections, interactive and AV, H/S. c) Fit-out works responsible of all site works by AGI for exhibits, coordination, and logistics, functioning and testing.

d) Liaison & co-ordinate with the Structural, Architectural engineers, Service consultants, and Contractors for the execution of the various structural and fulfilling the site inspections & workmanship quality requirements of the project.

The project is an exhibition presenting the company’s credentials both historically and currently using state-of-the art interaction and show media working together in an exciting and dynamic way to impressing all kinds of visitors. RUESPONSIBLE FOR:

a) Establishing the required site offices and temporary stores with all relevant electromechanical services requirements.

b) Liaise with the in charged client’s representative on daily bases for the daily activates arrangement.

c) Perform all the enabling works in accordance with the drawings and specifications works to execute and complete the Contract in all respects through managing,supervision, labors, materials, plant, machinery, equipment, parts, tools, supplies, transportation, utilities, construction facilities, incidentals and logistic support necessary for the performance and maintenance of the Works.

d) The authorized contact person of daily reports preparing, signing and obtaining the daily work permits, gate passes, site inspections.

e) Collaborate with HSE dep. to take all precautions to maintain the Site free from pollutions, noise free, clean and hygienic, all as per rules and regulations of Kuwait Environmental Public Authority (KEPA).

The project is supply, erection, operation and maintenance of gas turbines to upgrade power capacity at sabiya power and distillation plant.

RUESPONSIBLE FOR:

a) GTG11, GTG12, OIL GAS TANK & GAS CODITIONING SHED buildings. b) Repairing works and handing over the cooling tower #1 at (CCGT) project. c) Mobilization, soil investigation & batching plant for (OCGT) project. d) Inspection of civil & steel structure works and sending reports to the construction manager according to the followed schedule

e) Direct monitoring & planning for my building progress and distributing my crew according to site requirements.
