PROJECT SUMMARY

1. Insurance Management System

Technology:

The web application is developed using Microsoft.Net, C#, ASP.Net, MVC .Net with Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Azure as backend database.

Description:

It is a multi-user on premise application designed and developed for funeral policy management system. It helps to manage the funeral policy details for the policy holder members.

This system allows agents or brokers and policy holders to login to their web portal by unique login credentials. Data’s are maintained separately for each user’s means date privacy is implemented into the system. Policy master setup is included into the system for maintaining product policy details.

Policy Holder member scan able to pay their premium dues for the chosen policy i.e. payment gateway integration is implemented into the web portal system.

Premium dues for the respectively members are calculated separately and maintained into the system.

Calculation Engine will do the premium dues calculation for the policy members. Claim and Refund can be applied for the policies when the member of the policy is deceased.

Payment Method and Payment type are captured separately. Collection manager can cable to collect the premium dues i.e. cash on hand and update the payment details in the respective policy holder details.

The system is designed in such a way for the user roles and desired privileges for their access. Page privileges are set by the admin users for the restricted access.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the business and system requirements provided in discovery phase.

Analyzed the existing desktop application and prepared business requirement document for the new proposed web app solution.

Involved in requirement gathering, design, and development and testing phase.

Involved in process activities with user stories, use case document and validating rules for the web app.

2. Field Engineer Mobile Application

Technology:

The Mobile Application is developed using Cross Platform with Phonegap technology and Web Application is developed using PHP framework with MySQL as backend database.

Description:

The scope of the project is to develop Field Engineer Mobile Application that help service engineers to get notifications on assigned work orders and update the system with the work updates. Admin users will assign the task or work to field engineer and has option to monitor their work time spent on each service.

Responsibilities:

Acted as BA for preparing BRS and Functional Flow Document

As a Project coordinator, acted as a single point of contact between client and technical team for development and project management activities of this Project.

The application helps the users to fill-in the reason / details for which the customer relationship team needs to contact them and submit the form, which would be sent as a mail to the CRM email id along with a self-carbon copy (CC) marked to the customer.
