Completed a major file reorganization project for the ARC in December 2010; my region being one of the first to complete the project. Upon completion, my region was selected for a national audit of the files; we passed with no deductions noted.

Traveled to all districts of the region during open enrollment periods with active participation required.

Monitored the PTO program; insuring that staff understood and properly utilized their time to prevent loss of time due to carryover restrictions. This helped morale of the employees as they did not lose earned time due to reminders and this also reduced the PTO liability carried by the ARC. I would generate PTO liability reports each quarter for the finance officer.

Created excitement among the staff with the development of a bulletin board program (bulletin board was in hallway outside HR office). There were monthly themes that involved a different department each month; this generated a lot of fun for all employees of the region
