Successfully commissioned project 1 & 2 in General Electric Plastics (Now SABIC/JV of IPCL), projects in HPCL, GELI, ALL, GSTL, ASALT& DPL.
Successfully upgraded Omron PLC from C 200H to CS Base due to obsolete Ethernet card in old version.
Review detailed engineering documents for enhancement of plant capacity by 18 % in AMET.
Suggested energy saving method which resulted in cost saving of $30 K per year.
Start up & stabilized Sodium arc tube manufacturing plant, which was shut down since last 3 years.
ERP implementation in GE.
Implementation of Log out Tag out (LOTO) system in GE (Joint venture with IPCL).

Improved quality of lamp by up-grading manual relay base exhaust machine to automatic PLC base

Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt from General Electric USA. Completed projects are:
a.Reduction in Post Pelletizer cleaning time from 90 minutes to 65 minutes & this was the first project in manufacturing in GE Plastics(Now SABIC)
b.Energy Conservation in Motor Control Center and saving US $ 1550 PA.
c.Reduction in changeover time from 150 minutes to 120 minutes per change over in HPSV Plant. Time saving per annum - 360 man-hours.
d.Increased First Pass Yield (FPY) from 93 % to 97.25 %.
TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
