Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt from General Electric USA. Completed projects are:

a.Reduction in Post Pelletizer cleaning time from 90 minutes to 65 minutes & this was the first project in manufacturing in GE Plastics(Now SABIC)

b.Energy Conservation in Motor Control Center and saving US $ 1550 PA.

c.Reduction in changeover time from 150 minutes to 120 minutes per change over in HPSV Plant. Time saving per annum - 360 man-hours.

d.Increased First Pass Yield (FPY) from 93 % to 97.25 %.


Complete involved in installation, service and maintenance of mechanical, electrical & instrumentation control system and field instruments.
