I have principally been involved in instrumentation construction project and maintenance fields from installation to commissioning. Air compressor: Maintaining and monitoring air compressor(Atlas Copco & Ingersoll Rand)

Hydraulic system: Oil cooling system, hydraulic calendar, hydraulic actuators, hydraulic press,

hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic pump and solenoid valves.

Controlling system: Water level controlling system, pulp level controlling system, boiler.

Measuring instruments: Temperature transmitters, RTDs, Thermocouples, Level transmitter,

Flow transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Pressure switches and gauges, Temperature switch and solenoid


Moisture separating and air drying systems: This system includes moisture separator and air

dryer along with solenoid valves.

Pulp consistency controlling system: This system includes consistency transmitter(Blade type) which sense the process value and gives feedback to controller and this controller compares the process value with set value and gives feedback to pneumatic valve. Control valves operates accordingly.

Basis weight controlling system: This system includes sensor and transmitter assembly which sense and transmit the signal to controller, controller compares the process value with set value and gives feedback to basis weight valve and valve operates accordingly. This system is used to control the consistency of pulp, dictating the paper weight and quality of paper at the end of the paper machine.

Calibration of all field instruments: Knowledge of calibration of all field instruments with HART communicator.

HART communication protocol: Hand on experience on HART communicator for calibration and diagnose purpose.

12.Instrument panel and recording system: This system consisting of isolators assembly. Function of this system is to isolates the signals in more than one output for different purposes. Hands on experience of erection, commissioning and maintaining of this system.

13.Documentation: Prepared junction box details, PLC wiring termination schedule and wiring diagram, fire and safety termination schedule and wiring diagram, public address system termination schedule and termination diagram and as built wiring diagram.
