Projects
October to December 2019 Designed for Innovation: Bio-Inspired Robot Chicago, IL/United States
Student – Team Leader
Worked with teammates to design and integrate ideas to make a robot climbing up on the pegged table.
Analyzed the wrong designs by 90% troubleshooting and came up with new ideas to help the robot keep its balance while climbing.
Used AUTODESK Inventor to design parts perform simulation of robot’s movement. Applied Static, Dynamic, Mechanic of Solids to evaluate how much power to apply for moving by servo motor.
In the result, a robot that was able to climb automatically without any control of human.
March to May 2019 Capstone project: mini household family trash compactor Chicago, IL/United States
Student – Team Leader
Researched and defined the best dimension for mini trash compactor using in family house.
Organized the idea up to 40% teammate working to choose the final product.
Integrated Arduino connect with light sensor into device to displace the limit length.
Reduced 30% cost of final product to compare with on the market devices.
Used Autodesk Inventor, Creo Parametric 5.0 to design. Photted part on Rhinocam for CNC fabrication.
