Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) - Managed seven, multi-million-dollar environmental consulting contracts, covering hundreds of projects for FDOT District Four, District Six, and the Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) over a 24-year period. Performed environmental investigations combining field reconnaissance, construction plans review, and geographic information systems (GIS) database queries to assess the environmental, physical, natural, cultural, and biological aspects affecting each project. Coordinated with municipal, as well as county and state regulatory officials, regarding the environment, health, and safety impacts of proposed FDOT construction projects.
