Renegotiated company’s janitorial service contract which resulted in base contract savings of $42, 098.00 annually. Also restructured the service company’s handling of overtime. The estimated savings will be $728,488.00.

Total responsibility for all domestic & international inbound and outbound, to include; Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL), Railroad (Rail &Intermodal), Air Freight and Ocean Freight.

Successfully maintained supplier partnership meetings to improve relationships and identify mutual opportunities to enhance value, improve processes and total cost reduction.

Reengineered the organizations storeroom and medical unit operation. Eliminated four (4) individual stores area and established a Central Storeroom operation.
