LOGISTICS COORDINATOR:

As Logistic Officer we arrange Coordinate both in and out documentation which is very essential for inland Transport delivery. We also monitor, supervise and making sure strict implementation of QHSE rules is being followed as good practice inside the storage yard, both for Finish Product items as well as to lives of people inside the working zone area as one of primordial scope and concerns.

Reporting to departments Manager and working closely with Section head on daily operation matters.

Arrange Transport requirements and other machine like mobile crane and special trucks for delivery purposes.

Coordinating closely with ARAMCO 3rd

Party representative via call and email correspondence as part of daily routine.

Arrange daily report with referrers to Delivery Material & Material handling and storage.

Coordinate closely with other department especially with QC and Production with regards to Quality issues and concerns.

Prepare Monthly Report and make sure all documents like original copy and trucking billings as well as Delivery Notes, is being kept and properly preserved as record for future enquires, review and analyzed Trucking Billing as well as other expenses like equipment rentals fees other Material expenditures.

Coordinate with Purchasing with regards to urgent equipment and Material requirements to support the operation.

Collaborating both with Finance and Marketing Dept. to avoid any possible delay financially and executing the task within operational budget to have smooth and clean delivery.

Arrange and Coordinate proper Documentation and other paper works required by Clients such as product certification needed like COO (Certificate of Origin) for exportation purposes.
