Fleet Controlling Duties & Responsibilities:

Light and Heavy vehicles allocation and withdrawal plans for specific requisitions from various sites & departments

Arranging transportation for staff and employees

Arrange and alternate vehicle’s allocation to the projects

Update and monitoring the vehicles swapping records

Checking the traffic fines, accident claims to back charge from the vehicle user

Sourcing the vehicles by rent / leased car from the local suppliers to fulfill the projects requirements (If any requires)

Monitoring weekly checklist of drivers and vehicles

Traffic violation track and control the vehicle users regularly

Taking necessary disciplinary action if any misleading / damages to the vehicles

Providing garage clearance in the time of staff vacation / termination period

Tracking the vehicles with GPS system

Overtime allocation and controlling the driver’s WTD along with GPS record details

Finalizing and approving the vacation schedule of drivers and department staff

Ensuring the service quality for company and contractors asset of Fleet department

Flatbed trailers operation management for Porta Cabin shifting, scaffolding shifting, long-lasting materials shifting, Plywood and General Wood materials shifting.

Monitoring the low – bed trailer operation of Equipment shifting

Water distribution to all sites ( Sweet Water, Salt water, Sewage water)

Water supply sourcing from insource and outsource.

Ensuring logistics is represented at site meetings

Coordination with Site Engineers for mobilization

Arrange gate pass and entry access to company equipment and suppliers into the site ( Ex: Lusail Logistics, ISF logistics, Ras Laffan Entry)

Verifying Vehicles / Equipment legal documents(Registration, Third party certificate, Operator License) of suppliers

Outsourcing materials requirements (Dune sand, Washed Sand, Aggregate, Backfill Materials, Etc.…)
