Title: DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF SELF-BALANCING ELECTRIC UNI WHEEL VEHICLE
Objective: As we all know the fuel price especially the petrol is rising steadily day by day. Again the pollution due to the vehicles in metro cities and urban areas is increasing continuously. To overcome this problems here a single wheel vehicle with alternative source of energy is used. This single wheel vehicle is very compact and free from environmental pollution. This vehicle touches the ground with only one Wheel. It is a self- balancing vehicle runs on electricity very compact and can be drive in all kinds of terrains. AJAI STEPHEN.M

Title : Visually checking the condition of coupling between the motor and pump on the hydraulic power pack
Objective: During PPM activity the condition of coupling between the motor and the pump cannot be able to check visually. Due to this issue a transparent sheet is provided on the hosing of the coupling, because of this improvement activity, we can easily check the condition of the coupling.
Title: Marposs receiver position changed from inside to the outside of the CNC machine.
Objective: During the pairing of Marposs transmitter with the WRI Marposs receiver the four digit display on the receiver is not visible . Due to the coolant and mist formation in the inside of the machine to solving this problem the receiver’s position is shifted from inside to outside of the machine,so the operation became much easier than before.
