MAJOR

Title: Designing steering system for all terrain vehicle (buggy)

Description: This project deals with designing steering system for ATV conducted by MAHINDRA for budding engineers in era of student design challenges.

I deal with steering system and developing by adding a innovative ideas to solve maximum possible parameters like cost, less component usage,less turning radius, weight reduction, less slippage, effort less, reduce bump steer, over steer/under steer conditions and cornering force.

Title: designing and modeling of rack and pinion gears for buggy (ATV)

Description: This project deals with designing and modeling of rack and pinion gears for ATV by considering parameters like gear condition in static and dynamic mode and minimize the losses, space constraints.

Participated in student design challenge conducted by SAE BAJA by MAHINDRA at PUNE 2019.

Participated in student karting design challenge at Hyderabad by SAME 2018.

Participated at student kart design challenge by International karting challenge by MMM motors at VIZAG 2018.

Achieved a 21st position in overall performance at event student design challenge on ATV by ENDURO STUDENT INDIA at Coimbatore 2017.
