JOB DESCRIPTION AS A QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR:

Evaluate the quality of incoming raw materials (Bushel weight, Impurities, Total Damage Grains, Infestation)

Coordinates with the supply chain department in accepting, rejecting, or reconsidering raw materials

Evaluates and monitor the critical control points of feed production

Coordinates with the feed production supervisor in attaining the correct quality of feed products produced (Particle and Crumble size, Fines, Pellet Length, PDI/CDI, Hardness, Temperature, Color, )

Run some chemical test in incoming raw materials and finished goods (Aflatoxin test, Homogeinity test, Microtracer test, Urease test, Acid test, Moisture ang Water activity analysis)

Prepares complete technical reports and/or recommendations

Update the Quality Assurance data base and Oracle

Do some fieldworks like customer visit and validation complaint

Establishes, executes, reviews, and evaluates standard operation procedures to achieve good quality raw materials

Responsible for equipment calibration and maintenance used in raw materials quality evaluation and finished feeds

Leads in exercising quality assurance and safety measure

Supports the department in attaining stable conformance with the national and international standard and policies, maintenance of Quality Management System, and third-party accredition.

Performs other related duties as may be assinged either in support of department goals or his professional growth programmed by QA Manager or higher
