ORGANIZATIONAL SCAN

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operation CW pumps, ACW pumps, Cooling towers, etc.

Operation & Maintenance of LDO unloading pumps, HFO unloading pumps, LDO feed pump, HFO feed pumps, HFO transfer pump and all durty oil pumps in FOPH and day oil tank area etc

Operation of waste oil treatment plant.

Charging of oil heaters, oil cooler & oil filters.

Observation of Fir fighting system

Equipment Problem, follow up critical activities with concerned department

Proactively identifying areas of obstructions/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments.

Contributing to the activities directly towards plant performance improvement.

Coordinates with maintenance department for equipment isolation and take trial run of equipments after shutdown work.

Collecting and collating data; generated periodic reports and carried out value added analysis of the reports to monitor the movement of key indicators

Local line up and isolation of equipment likes Coal Mill, Feeder, ID fans, PA fans, FD fans, Seal air fan, Auxiliary Boiler .

Monitoring of parameters like oil pressure, Oil levels, local gauge bearing temperatures of all above fans.

Monitoring Furnace flame for healthiness.

Co-ordination with control room while cut-in oil gun, and isolation and normalization during oil gun cleaning.

Monitoring and reporting the LDO oil pressure and any system leakages from line or at boiler firing floor and near guns

Adhering to Safety, Environment and Health standards in all functional areas and developed & implemented measures for enhancing safety levels.
