Responsible for reconciling company’s accounts and researching and resolving discrepancies on monthly basis.

Processed company payments (credit card, debit card, cheque, and cash etc.) and posting it as AR transaction entries.

Verified and processed refunds, credits and adjustments as necessary to resolve discrepancies.

Coordinating with sales department in order to collect payment from the company in a timely manner.

Checking of payments using WINHMS software, and IDS software.

Dealing with the banking activities like deposit of cash, cheque and withdrawal as well.

Keeping a track of the check out folios and entering the same in the system.

Preparing and executing the analysis of payments for the credit meeting.

Preparing weekly and monthly city ledger report in order to present it to the Managing Director as well as to the Financial Controller.
