Responsibilities:

Responsible for reconciling company’s accounts and researching and resolving discrepancies on monthly basis.

Processed company payments (credit card, debit card, cheque, and cash etc.) and posting it as AR transaction entries.

Verified and processed refunds, credits and adjustments as necessary to resolve discrepancies.

Coordinating with sales department in order to collect payment from the company in a timely manner.

Checking of payments using WINHMS software, and IDS software.
