Past Eight years have been working with Al Ashrafiya International Food Stuff Company under Hamad AL Wazzan Group- Started the Career as an Accountant in the Head Quarters at Kuwait and travelled through the branches Dubai, Oman in the earlier stages of my career and presently working as Chief Accountant located in Qatar, and handling the whole operations for Qatar and Bahrain branch.

With comprehensive experience in General Accounting, Cash Management, Financial Management/Analysis, Staff Management, and Business Analysis Planning/Scheduling. Position & Period: Senior Accountant, From January 2013 to 28 Nov 2015 in Kuwait Branch. Position & Period: Currently Working as Chief Accountant in Qatar; for Qatar & Bahrain Branches from 29 Nov 2015.

NATURE OF WORK-CURRENT JOB

FINANCE TASK

Function as a liaison between different departments of the company and the company’s suppliers. Ensure that the payments made to the clients are carried out as per the company procedure.

Check all purchase orders with the purchase budget and stock availability and recommend for approving the purchase order by the Finance Manager as per the company procedure.

Finalization of Accounts & Coordinating with Statutory Auditors

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.

Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations

Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.

Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.

Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash- flow management reporting for submission to HQ in Kuwait.

Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries

Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.

Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy

Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost- overruns

Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives OPERATION TASK

Attending the Sales and Collection Meetings with the sales Team.

Setting the Monthly target for the sales team.

Stock verifications for the inbounds and outbound on monthly basis.

Communicating & confirming the purchase team on the new request of shipments.

Fixing the price of a new shipment based on the operating cost for the company.

Verifying and Approving for the expense request related to the operations of the company.

Processing the Monthly Payroll and Salary transfers.

Analyzing the leave plan for the employees and ensure the right numbers of Manpower in Each departments.

Leading the Warehouse team of 38 staffs and ensuring the operations of warehouse are carried smoothly.

Actively involved in Making Contracts with banks and Clients. ACHEIVEMENTS OF CURRENT JOB
